Memorial Medical Center Foundation Holds Annual Meeting

-The Memorial Medical Center Foundation held its annual meeting on Monday, May 20th.During this meeting new officers for the upcoming 2013 / 2014 term were elected. Serving as President of the Foundation since inception, Dr. Tim Meyer graciously handed over the lead to new President Jerry Quicker.
The board also approved new Officers for the position of Vice President, to be held by Merrill Brunette, and Secretary/Treasurer to be held by Wendy Sigurdson. The Board thanked outgoing Secretary/Treasurer Jana Marden for her years of service in a leadership role.
The Board also formally recognized outgoing board member Al Kvitek and thanked him for his service to MMC.
