Mueller Publishing Selected as MACCI 2013 Small Business of the Year

-Mueller Publishing was selected as the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry 2013 Small Business of the Year.The business was officially honored on Wednesday during a special recognition breakfast.
Marshfield Chamber Program Director, Debbie Bauer, said that Mueller Publishing was chosen for its community involvement, impact on the community, longevity, expansion, and innovation.
The company originally started with five employees and sold $57,000 in advertising for its first phone book. Now, Mueller Publishing has 10 full-time employees and sold more than $1 million in advertising for its most recent Mueller Book which is no small feat and very impressive for a small business.
The Mueller Book was recently named the best overall telephone directory in the U.S. among directories that publish 50,000 to 100,000 copies.
The current owner, Nate Mueller, said, ?This award got everybody pumped that their hard work is recognized.?
