Donations to Playground Fund at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board approved donations and saw a presentation regarding their new webpage at their Monday meeting.The school board members started the meeting be commenting on how they're very proud of all the successes the Greenwood School District has had. The board members stated that they appreciate everything that has been done to help the students be successful.
They continued saying this has been recognized through everyone?s efforts and their student?s success on the WKCE.
The board members also took time to recognize Mr. Scott Schiller. They are very proud of his success and accomplishments. They appreciate his time and dedication to the district.
Ms. Marleana Rank gave a presentation and shared the new school webpage with Greenwood?s school board members.
Several community people donated money to Greenwood?s playground fund that teacher Mrs. Eckdahl gave her Crystal Apple Award money to. Greenwood has a total of $3,675 that has been raised for playground equipment.
Greenwood is also participating in the Teacher Effectiveness Program. They received a grant for $5,848 from the DPI to assist in paying for the training they have been involved with this year.
