Fairchild Man Arrested for Drug Violations

-The Fairchild man arrested for child pornography was also arrested for several drug violations.The Clark County Sheriff?s Department had discovered a laptop with child pornography on it and identified the owner as Tod Nicolai, age 48 of Fairchild, a registered sex offender. A search warrant was obtained to search Nicolai?s home.
When authorities arrived they entered the home, after no one answered, and found Nicolai coming out of the living room wearing only a t-shirt.
When a search was conducted on the house, drugs and drug paraphernalia were found including marijuana, methamphetamine and THC.
Several charges have been filed against Nicolai including possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
Nicolai is currently in the Clark County Jail on a 10,000 dollar cash bond for the drug charges.
