UPDATE: Fatal Accident in Jackson County

-The name of the man involved in the fatal accident in Jackson County has been released.

63-year-old Glenn Augustine of St. Paul was hit by a semi when he was walking through a gas station parking lot at the Hixton Travel Plaza off of I-94.

A semi pulling up to fuel hit Augustine who had walked away from his semi.

The crash is under investigation.
