Neillsville City Council Approves Airport Aid Petition

-The Neillsville City Council approved to petition the Secretary of Transportation for airport improvement aid.The 6 year plan that was created by various committees and approved by the council on Tuesday is needed to petition for that aid.
In coming up with the plan, many projects are included so when the aid is being distributed, the city will have what they need to do the projects.
Several people attend that portion of the meeting including Jeff Gaier, Robert Gaier, and Wayne Short. These individuals expressed their desire for the 6 year plan to be approved as the airport is an important part of the community.
They said the city needs to move forward as everyone else is moving forward.
