Black River Falls Women Charged With Threatening Governor Walker's Family

Friday, May 3rd, 2013 -- 8:30 AM

-A Black River Falls woman has been charged with threatening Governor Scott Walker?s family.

On April 16th, Dana Sartor, age 52, called the governor?s office and left a voice mail threatening to shoot Walker?s wife and children. Her speech was slurred in the message.

The call was traced back to Sartor and she admitted to authorities that she made the call. However, she also said that she had no intention of harming the governor?s family. In fact, she told authorities that she had recently sent a letter to the governor saying he was doing a good job.

Sartor has been charged with telephone harassment and is due in Jackson County Court on Monday.
