Recognition to Several Individuals at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board thanked Mrs. Eckdahl for her years of service as the volleyball coach at their Monday meeting.The board presented Mrs. Marie Eckdahl a volleyball recognition plaque for coaching their students for the past 22 years. They thank her for her dedication to the students.
Mr. Brandon Petersen had a presentation regarding his new AP Psychology class which is being offered during the 2013-2014 school year.
A group of Mr. Petersen?s students also presented their history projects to the board members. The group of Logan Bottlemy, Josh Cook and Olivia Gregorich investigated the Inspired Innovation of Flight and how it altered the world. This group of students qualified for the State Competition on Saturday, May 4.
Finally, the Oath of Office took place for Mr. Russell Dean and Mr. Bill Herr. Mr. Dean is Greenwood?s newest board member and Mr. Herr was re-elected onto the board.
Mr. Thomas completed his term on the board last night and the board thanked him for his years of service and dedication to the Greenwood students and community. His time and dedication was greatly appreciated.
