Friday, April 5th, 2013 -- 9:28 AM

-A Greenwood woman was found guilty of drug charges.

In August of 2012, the Clark County Sheriff?s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.

A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelley farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.

Beverly Kelley was found guilty, due to a no contest plea, of one felony count of manufacturing THC in Clark County Court on Thursday.

Kelley will spend 10 days in jail and is on probation for two years. If she should fail at any terms of her probation, she will spend 9 months in prison. She also owes the courts almost 500 dollars in fines.

Beverly Kelley?s husband Steve Kelley was found guilty of seven misdemeanor drug charges in January and was sentenced to six months in jail and 3 years? probation.
