Spencer Police Department Investigating Attack

-The Spencer Police Department is investigating an attack that occurred Monday night.According to the department, around 8pm a 42-year-old woman was jogging on East Willow Drive when a man approached her, put his hands around her neck, and attempted to pull her into a ditch.
The woman kneed the man in the groin and he let her go. She then ran away and called her husband.
