Greenwood Man Sentenced for Drug Charges

-A Greenwood man has been sentenced for drug charges.In mid-August, the Clark County Sheriff?s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.
A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelley farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.
Initially, Steve Kelley had one felony charge of manufacturing THC filed against him, but, along with that charge, seven counts of misdemeanor possession of THC were filed against him as well.
Kelley was found guilty of the seven misdemeanor charges and the felony charge was dismissed, but read into the record.
Kelley was sentenced to six months in jail, 3 years? probation, and must pay various court cost and fees.
Beverly Kelley still has the one felony manufacturing of THC charge filed against her and she will appear in court again in February.
