Greenwood Woman Pleads Not Guilty

-A Greenwood woman has pleaded not guilty to drug charges in Clark County Court.In mid-August, the Clark County Sheriff?s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.
A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelley farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.
Beverly Kelley, and her husband Steve, have one felony count of manufacturing THC filed against them.
Kelley appeared with her attorney John Stichert. They waived the reading of the information and entered a plea of not guilty into the record.
Kelley will appear in court again in February and her husband Steve will be back in Clark County Court on Friday.
