Thursday, November 29th, 2012 -- 8:25 AM
-The Listeman Funds and an Audit Service Agreement were discussed at the Tuesday Neillsville City Council Meeting. The board approved to have the CliftonLarsenAllen LLP do the service for 2012. This was largely due to the fact that the city is in a 3 year contract with them. However, this year is the last year.
The cost of the project will be over 21,000 dollars.
The board also discussed the appropriation of the Listeman Foundation Funds of 5500 dollars. 2,000 will go towards new Neillsville Historic Walking Tour brochures. The other 3500 will go to updating the audio/TV system at the City Hall.
A brief mention was given on the raze orders that have been put through to the courts. Court dates have been set.
One will likely default and the other will likely end up in trial. The judge did recuse himself on one of the orders.
