No Jail Time in Wood County for Men Involved in Crime Spree

Tuesday, November 27th, 2012 -- 8:30 AM

-Two Marshfield men will receive no jail time for their part in a crime spree that spread between Clark and Wood Counties.

Christopher Bialozor and Ryan Winslow made an appearance in Wood County Court Monday for sentencing.

The long list of charges filed against both men included burglary, criminal damage, arson, and many more.

Both men had reached plea deals with prosecutors. Bialozor, back in October, reached a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to 6 of the 15 charges filed against him including burglary, forgery, criminal damage, and three charges regarding vehicle theft.

Winslow reached a similar deal back in September. He reached a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to 6 of the 21 charges filed against him including two counts of bail jumping and four regarding the theft of a vehicle.

Both men will not receive any jail time for their actions, but will spend five years on probation and must pay various court costs and fines.

They will appear in Clark County Court at the end of the week for sentencing regarding their crimes in Clark County.
