Brief City Council Meeting for Withee

-The City of Withee had a brief City Council meeting on Monday.The city discussed their recent water main replacement project and the approved a donation to the House of Friends, which is an after school program in the city.
The biggest item on the list was the approval of a resolution that would dissolve the Owen/Withee/Curtiss Fire Association and create the Owen/Withee/Curtiss Fire Department.
This would change the billing process of the department and offer more rights among other positive changes.
