Greenwood Man Appears in Clark County Court

-A Greenwood man made an appearance in Clark County Court on Thursday.In mid-August, the Clark County Sheriff?s department did a fly over of a suspected marijuana grow in Clark County.
A photo of the Steve and Beverly Kelly farm showed green plants growing between round bales. A trail camera was set-up and photos were taken of the couple caring for the plants.
Steve Kelley?s attorney Leon Schmidt waived the preliminary hearing and the reading of the compliant.
Kelley stood mute on the charge against him, the manufacture and deliver of THC.
Because he stood mute the court entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.
Kelley will appear in court again at the end of November.
